Before joining us for dog daycare, overnight boarding, or grooming, every new guest completes a simple onboarding process designed to keep all pets safe, healthy, and comfortable.

At Playful Pets Columbus, we take time to get to know every dog as an individual. By completing your New Client Form, providing up-to-date vaccination records, and scheduling an introduction day, our team can better understand your dog's personality, routine, and unique care needs before they join group activities.
